I started woodworking about 15 years ago out of necessity. We moved into our first real house and wanted to make some changes. Having more time than money, I decided to start building things. In hindsight, it would have been cheaper to simply buy what we wanted! I don’t build furniture because it is cheaper (which it is not), I build furniture because I enjoy using my hands to make a one of a kind object that is both beautiful and useful.

I live in Wichita, KS with my wife, Katie, and our daughter and son. I am a pastor at Life.Church East Wichita, and I enjoy traveling, spending time in the outdoors, and drinking coffee in my shop.
